OUR COMPANY NAME Our name, Heart of Change; Change of
Heart Associates, is a conscious and careful reflection of
the beliefs and values of this company. Every customized offering
is based on the premise that true, systemic change begins
at the individual level and consequently develops into organizational
change and achievement. And every change results from not
only organizational and personal learning, but also from recognizing
the power of collaboration and community in the work.
OUR HISTORY... The Change of Heart Team has been working in Leadership, Organizational and Instructional Improvement for more than 15 years. Begun as a small entrepreneurial alternative to packaged professional development by Co-Founders Rob and Kathy Bocchino, the company has grown to include associates from across the United States working in school districts, not for profits and the private sector. Heart of Change does not just recommend organizational excellence to its clients. It works daily to integrate those same behaviors into its own culture. Associates meet regularly to discuss client progress and to design conscious, high quality work. Associates gather data on their practice and coach one another toward excellence. The company is committed to practicing the exact same skills and behaviors as it recommends to clients.

located in Hoboken, New Jersey with a satellite office in
Upstate New York.

ranks. Our innovative workshops, follow-up, facilitation,
